Q: I am so confused about the entire process, can you explain?
Sure, here are the list of things that you need to know:
You must be KYC-ed for both whitelist (IDO) and First Come First Serve (FCFS) sales between Dec 4th to Dec 5th
You must use a personal wallet address for KYC instead of an exchange address like the $SOL deposit address from FTX exchange
You must buy $MBS using $USDC and not $N2H4
$N2H4 is hydrazine, which is like a fuel that is generated from your staked $STARS token. The hyrazine is simply used for determining a ratio of how many $MBS token you will get from the IDO sales, which happened and closed on Dec 4th
The FCFS sale allows KYC-ed (yes, you must be KYC-ed already with Fractal.ID) individuals to buy up to $40 USDC worth of $MBS token, which is 1000 $MBS token at $0.04 $USDC per $MBS token
All buying happens within the Cadet space that you access from app.starlaunch.com >> Cadet Dashboard > IDO > MonkeyBall page
Once FCFS sale is over on Dec 5th, the DEX and exchanges that are likely to have $MBS token for public sale is Radyium.io and/or FTX
Q: I cannot buy with N2H4 (hydrazine)
You need to buy with $USDC on your Solana wallet. If you do not have $USDC, go to radyium.io and convert some $SOL tokens to $USDC. Also, make sure you have a little bit of $SOL (at least 0.10) $SOL available for transaction
Q: I don't see my allocation for IDO (whitelist) or FCFS sales (Dec 3-4)
For both sales you need to have KYC-ed wallet. Make sure the wallet address you used for KYC in Fractal.ID is the same one that you are using on app.starlaunch.com
Q: I KYC-ed using FTX wallet address and now do not see any allocation
Yes, FTX $SOL deposit address is not usable. You must use your very own Solana address for both whitelist and FCFS sales.
Some users reported that they were told that FTX wallet address is OK, but that is incorrect. Exchange addresses are never owned by you so you must always use your own wallet for these kinds of IDO sales.
Q: When I try to buy, I get a transaction error
Make sure you are trying to buy with $USDC and have enough $USDC in your wallet. Also, make sure you have some $SOL tokens for transactions. At least 0.10 $SOL is recommended. If the problem continues, try the following:
Disconnect your wallet and try again
Close browser and go back to the app.starlanuch.com and try again
Change the amount you are trying to buy or use so that the decimal portion is .000 instead of some fraction. For example, if you are trying to buy 20.544 $USDC worth of $MBS token, try $20.000 instead.
